Alice Kelly :)
/in Outer Banks Fishing Reports, Uncategorized/by kathyWe took a break from the near-shore scene and headed offshore with the rest of the fleet and private boats to participate in the Alice Kelly benefit tournament today… always a great time!! Tons of fun and supporting a great cause all at one go 🙂 Thanks to Tiffany, Holly, and Shanna for joining us to participate in this all women’s tournament!! We didn’t get into the billfish bite like we were hoping to but in true Fistful style brought in some meat and had a ball!! The Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament is going on all week… everyone is always welcome to come down, walk the docks, and be a part of this annual event!!

Fall Tuna
/in Outer Banks Fishing Reports, Uncategorized/by kathyNo hunting in NC on Sunday… so what else should you do but GO FISHING!! We had a great crowd today… Ron, Donna, and family…. Thank you so much!! These guys (and gals!) put in a full day’s work to bring home dinner today… the bite was an am event and they did a fantastic job getting these fish to the boat… don’t forget the heart-breakers right at the transom, a couple of heavy bites hit and gone, and two sneaky fast yellowfins that criss-crossed to break the lines!! It was wonderful to meet you all and looking forward to next time!!! Great job and have a safe trip home! 🙂 (Donna… Let us know how the whales and hot-air balloons go!!! )
Purinai and company
/in Outer Banks Fishing Reports/by karlWe set out directly on the fish this day in 15 fathoms..The sea conditions were not perfect and we found ourselves back at the dock this day by 11 am..Three of the four guys were under the weather. We did have a good catch in just about an hour of fishing with a dozen dolphin and a couple of albacores and a blackfin…Dinkys is good for that…Thank you guys and look forward to seeing you soon.
May 22nd Hatteras
/in Uncategorized/by karlToday we took a family trip offshore in hopes of having a good catch to sale as well as taking Abigail on her first real offshore adventure..She did great and the weather could not have been any better..Flat calm and blue skies all day…As well as great fishing…We were fortunate enough to find some bigger patches of grass way out in the deep in 110 fathoms that were holding some good charges of gaffer golphin..We not only had a great family day but were able to make th most out of our efforts… I left my camera behind on the boat and will update all the catches and charters when I return. These are all pictures Kathy had on her camera..
