Spanish Mackerel!!
Great mackerel fishing today with a fantastic family… Thank you guys so much!! Congratulations to these fine upcoming anglers for an awesome job bringing home plenty of dinner!!
June 1 Dolphin :)
With no charters scheduled today we decided to venture off for a family fun trip before the summer gets too busy for everyone to go… It was a sporty day for dolphin with all the schools hanging out under a ton of scattered grass…. lots of time spent cleaning up the spread but despite all that plus an afternoon gulfstream dive by the Capt and Mate under the boat to free up the wheel from a monster knot of rope…everybody came home with plenty to eat! A special thank you to Pop John, Uncle Dougie, and Madison for going with us 🙂
Memorial Day Dolphin :)
Our Virginia Beach crowd wanted to target the dolphin today and they did a fantastic job getting these fish to the boat when it was time to go to work!! Way to go everybody!! And a special pat on the back to our young anglers Clara and Katie – what a great job!! Beth and Kevin, Ben and David… Thank you all so much!! What a fun day and we hope to see you guys back soon! Happy Memorial Day to everyone… A huge Thank You to all our veterans past and present for the tremendous sacrifices and amazing job you all do for the rest of us… you are heroes and are incredibly appreciated.
Inshore Trip
The weather kept the Fistful boat inshore today… but that doesn’t stop the fun when you have a fantastic father/son team! John… Thank you so much!! We are looking forward to next time… it was wonderful to have you both on the boat!
Tuna Tuna Tuna!
The fistful ventured offshore today in search of tuna with a wonderful couple on board…Karl wasn’t able to get any pictures so if you have any send them my way and I’ll get them posted! Thank you so much for fishing with us!! Hope your trek back to the Northwest is a safe one!! Looks like the next few days are going to be spent at the dock waiting out the wind… we’ll see what happens next week when the weather lays down…
Summer Nearshore Cranks up!

Congratulations to a great friend on his turkey quest in New Hampshire!! Mother nature sometimes doesn’t cooperate but a driving rain didn’t stop the hunt… tough and patient perseverance resulted in the taking of a beautiful 22 pound gobbler with a 9 inch beard and 1 1/8 inch spurs…. Pretty Work Dan!!!
Spring Turkey comes to a close…
What an amazing season!! We can’t thank our guys enough for all the fun and fantastic hunts this spring!! What a great way to spend this time of the year… time in the woods and time with good friends – it really doesn’t get any better… Thank you so much to everyone!! Feels like summer!
I’m behind on the turkey reports but I couldn’t resist posting the latest fishing report first… Karl spent the last day of spring turkey season in the gulf stream with a great crowd… Thank you guys so much!! Fantastic action on both yellowfins and dolphin and an incredibly beautiful day to be on the water!! Awesome work everybody!!
